新时期高校大学生公寓管理模式探讨

随着高校后勤社会化改革的不断推进,学生公寓管理模式日益规范化、服务化和社会化,而传统的学生公寓管理中的"说教"模式,已经难以适应实际工作的需求。为了培养学生自我管理、自我教育和自我服务的能力,本文通过实地调查和访谈等途径,结合多年的学生工作经验,针对当前高校学生公寓管理存在的问题,深入分析了问题形成原因,探索相关对策,构建学生公寓管理新模式。
