文章通过对木材加工企业的调研,考察了木材加工行业高技能人才需求情况、企业技术变化及运营方式情况、劳动组织变化情况、从而为木材加工专业中、高职衔接贯通人才培养工作的教学改革寻找突破,为专业标准及课程标准的编制提供依据,更好地解决企业需求与人才培养之间的矛盾。

This paper through research on the wood processing enterprises, examines the wood processing industry, the demand for highly skilled personnel, technological changes and the way they operate, the changes in the organization of labor,which is specialized in wood processing, vocational convergence through personnel training to find work teaching reform breakthrough, professional standards and provide the basis for the preparation of curriculum standards, to better solve the contradiction between business needs and the training of personnel.
