摘要
伴随着我国与东盟之间日益紧密的合作关系,东盟小语种有越来越多的需求,但是其人才的培养和开发也呈现出一些问题,在规划和培养的层次架构上存在弊端。当前的工作需要研究东盟小语种人才培养发展的现状,并在此基础上针对实际情况调整人才流通,并促进东盟小语种更好地开发。
With the increasingly close cooperation between China and ASEAN, ASEAN minority languages have more and more demand, but its personnel training and development also presents some problems, there are drawbacks in the planning and hierarchical architecture culture. The current status of the work needs to study the development of small languages of ASEAN personnel training, and on this basis, adjusted for the actual brain circulation and promote better development of AS-EAN minority languages.
