高尔夫教育师资队伍建设策略研究——以海南省高校为例

On Golf Education Teachers' Construction Strategy——Take Colleges in Hai'nanProvince as anexample

我国的高校开设高尔夫教育专业仍处于初级阶段,在诸多方面均存在着严重的不足之处,尤其是师资力量的问题,严重制约了高尔夫教育的发展。本文通过问卷调查、访谈和文献资料检索等方法,对开设高尔夫教育的海南十所高校进行调研,重点调研高尔夫专业的师资队伍现状和建设情况,结果发现:师资队伍存在数量短缺、师资构成不合理、专业性不强、培养和培训机制不完善等诸多问题。本文通过剖析师资队伍状况,就如何建设一支素质优良、结构合理、有很高的教育教学能力的"双师型"教师队伍,提出自己的见解和建议。

Our colleges and universities opened golf professional education and it is still in its infancy, in many respects there are serious shortcomings, particularly the issue of teachers seriously restricted the development of golf education. Through questionnaires, interviews and literature retrieval methods, the creation of golf education Hainan ten universities for research, focusing on the research faculty golf professional status and construction, results showed that:the number of faculty shortage, teachers constitute an unreasonable professional is not strong, training, and training mechanisms are inadequate and many other issues. This paper analyzes the status of teachers on how to build a high-quality, reasonable structure, high education and teaching ability"Double Teachers"team, made their views and suggestions.
