基于专业化的教师培训综合改革

Comprehensive Reform of Teacher Training Based on Professionalization

教师的专业化是教师教学水平的基础,专业化的培训是帮助教师提高专业化水平的有效方式。在"国培计划"和课改的推动下,教师的专业化培训也需要进一步的改革和发展。本文提出了建立完整的系统化培训框架、完善以教师为主的培训模式以及创新专业化培训的管理方式这三个主要思路,希望能够对综合改革的方向有所启示。

Teachers' specialization is the basis of the level of teaching and professional training to help teachers improve the professional level of the effective way. Under the"national training program"to promote and curriculum, teacher professional training also needs further reform and development. This paper proposed the establishment of a complete systematic training framework;improve teacher training model based on professionalization training and innovative management style of these three main ideas, hoping to have implications for the direction of comprehensive reform.
