摘要
本文从一线体育教师提高课堂中情绪自控能力的必要性入手,来阐述提高课堂中情绪自控能力的策略,主要包括敏锐地体察到自己的情绪、积极地认知调节、学会主动地自我暗示、适度地宣泄、适当地运用幽默。希望为广大一线体育教师提供一定的借鉴作用。
This article starts from the necessity of front line PE teachers improve classroom emotional self-control, to illus-trate the emotional self-control strategies, including the keenly observe to their emotions, cognition actively adjust and learn to take the initiative to self-suggestion, moderate to vent, proper use of humor. Hope for the majority of first-line physical education teachers to provide some reference.
