就业是民生之本,关系到全体高校毕业生的切身利益。大学生自身障碍性因素决定了就业的成败,通过分析自身存在的四大障碍性因素:性格不成熟、实践能力缺失、合作精神欠缺、创业意识淡薄,让大学生更加清楚地认识自己,了解自己的职业方向,进而采取针对性的措施,全面提升就业能力,实现高质量的就业。
