浅析高校后勤管理

The Analysis of Logistics Management in Colleges and Universities

目前,高校后勤工作中普遍存在与时俱进意识不强、管理体制不畅、队伍结构不合理、员工素质偏低、工作效率不高等问题,在当前形势下,加强高校后勤管理工作意义重大。本文提出,加强高校后勤管理要加强领导,建立健全后勤管理制度;后勤部门要建立奖惩机制,加强对后勤人员的管理;后勤工作人员要提高认识,强化服务,通过这三个方面的共同努力,提高高校后勤管理水平,更好地服务于教学、科研工作。

At present, advancing with the times consciousness is not strong, the management system is not smooth, unreasonable structure, low quality of the staff, working efficiency is not high problems of logistics in Colleges and universities, in the current situation, the great significance of strengthening the management work of College logistics. In this paper,strengthen logistics management to strengthen leadership, establish and improve the logistics management system; logistics department to establish incentive mechanism, strengthen the logistics personnel management; logistics staff to raise awareness, strengthen service, through the joint efforts of the three aspects, improve the logistics management level, to better serve the teaching, scientific research work.
