摘要
初任教师能否明确教师角色的认识,承担相应的责任与义务,遵守相应行为准则与规范,顺利完成教师角色的转换将直接影响其专业成长的水平,并影响学生的发展与成长。结合文献研究及对小学初任教师的访谈与观察,本文认为,小学初任教师的专业成长是其专业发展的动态过程。即初任教师完成角色转换、职业适应等等的一系列过程,是由"准专业人员"向"完全专业人员"的蜕变。并提出提升人文性与内化自觉性两大建议对策。
Whether beginning teachers can clearly understand the role of teachers, bear the corresponding responsibility and norm, accomplish the transform of teacher's role will directly affect their professional development level, and influence the development and growth of students. Combining the research of literature and the interviews and observations of primary school's beginning teachers, this paper thinks, the professional growth of primary school's teachers is a dynamic process of their professional development. That is the series of process that beginning teachers accomplish their role conversion and vocational adjustment and so on, is a transformation of 'professional to-be' to 'professional'. And the paper put forward the suggestions of humanity and self-consciousness.
