摘要
教师心理倦怠在寄宿制学校成因有其个人因素、家庭因素和社会因素构成,并具体体现在教师的适应性、职业行为、人际交往、身体状况等方面,通过干预措施期待构建教师健康心理素质。
Teachers' psychological burnout in boarding schools of the individual factors, family factors and social factors, and is reflected in the teachers adaptability, occupation behavior, interpersonal communication, health status, through the in-tervention measures to construction of teachers' psychological health.
