高职思政课实践教学体系的构建研究

目前,在高职的思政理论课实践教学中存在着教学效果不理想,管理不到位,保障不健全,思政实践教学面临着新挑战等诸多问题。传统的教学理念、教学模式已经难以适应大学生成长的需求。为此,南宁职业技术学院为适应工学结合的教学模式,努力探索创新思政课程实践教学的新体系,取得了显著的效果。不仅提高了教学的实效性与大学生的综合素质,而且提高了教师的授课与科研能力,促进了教学改革,实现了独具特色的课程体系,打破了旧的教学模式的束缚,实现了"多维一体"的实践教学模式的创新。
