摘要
中国法制史以中国历史上各种法律制度为研究对象,中国法制历史既有共同规律可循,又有特殊规律以相区别。学习法制史在于了解不同时期法律制度,对法律进行多角度、多方位比较,以史为鉴、古为今用。中国法制史教学中,常见的比较方式有纵向比较与横向比较、对比与类比和归类比较与综合比较。
