中医药院校学位与研究生教育过程管理的思考

Thoughts on Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Process Management in the University of TCM

多年来,中医学、中医药作为祖国传统医学瑰宝,为我国医疗事业做出了巨大的贡献。全国中医药院校共有24所,其发展具有特殊性,从全国范围看,"211工程"中医药类院校仅有北京中医药大学1所,与其他学科相比,发展相对缓慢。在这种大的背景下,需要中医药院校管理者尽快调整工作思路,将中医药人才培养,特别是中医药研究生的科研能力、临床实践能力,结合当前现有科研状况基础,从管理模式、制度建设、导师团队建设、科研产业建设、传统文化弘扬等角度探索新的有效途径,为社会输送一流中医药人才。本文以X大学研究生培养为例,为相关中医药院校研究生教育发展思路提供一定的参考。

Over the years, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has made tremendous contributions to our China's medical industry. There are 24 TCM colleges and universities across China, and every college has its special development. Nationally, only one of them-Beijing University of Chinese Medicine-is the"211 Project"university, which has the characteristics of rela-tively slow development compared to other disciplines. In this backdrop, administrators of the TCM colleges or universities should make some changes in the work of thinking, such as management, system construction, tutor team building, research base, promoting traditional culture, in order to cultivate the top talented person of TCM to our society. In this paper, we take the graduate students' education of X University as an example, which can provide a reference for the graduate students' edu-cation of TCM colleges or universities.
