摘要
目的:通过观察和分析糖尿病足患者在临床工作中存在的护理问题,总结护理经验,探讨健康教育在改善糖尿病足患者生活质量中的应用。方法:根据中医理论对16例糖尿病足患者进行全面、系统的健康教育,通过发放资料,开展专题知识讲座,黑板报宣传等形式对病人进行专业指导。结论:有效的健康教育对于增强糖尿病足患者对治疗的依从性,提高治疗效果,减轻患者的身心痛苦,改善患者生活质量有良好的效果。
Objective:To observe and analyze the care of patients with diabetic foot problems that exist in clinical work, sum-marize nursing experience, to explore the application of health education to improve the quality of life in patients with diabetic foot. Methods:According to TCM theory on 16 cases of diabetic foot health education in a comprehensive, systematic, through dissemination of information, thematic lectures, bulletin boards and other forms of propaganda patient professional guidance. Conclusion:Effective health education for patients with diabetic foot enhance adherence to treatment, improve treatment, reduce mental and physical suffering of patients, improve the quality of life of patients with good results.
