基于以人为本的高校学生思想教育工作研究

College Students' Ideological Education Research Based on People-oriented

如今随着社会经济的快速发展,教育事业随之不断进步,高校教学方式的改革也随之不断深入。对高校学生的思想教育要坚持以人为本,对学生在思想教育方面实行全方面发展,为我国的文化软实力提供动力支持。本文通过高校思想教育的现状分析,提出以人为本的思想教育观念,根据如今教育过程中所存在的问题展开研究。

Today, with the rapid social and economic development, education along with continuous progress, reform of uni-versity teaching methods also will be deepening. Of college students' ideological education should adhere to the people-orien-ted, the implementation of all aspects of the development of the students in the ideological education, providing support for China's soft power and cultural power. This paper analyzes the current situation of ideological education, proposed the idea of people-centered concept of education, according to the educational process and now the problems in a study.
