青海大学医学院公卫系学生乙肝防治知、行、信现状调查

摘要 目的:了解青海大学公卫系学生乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)知晓程度,感染现状,为制定乙肝预防控制策略提供依据。方法:采用分层抽样中的非等比例分配方法,从公卫系每个年级随机抽取30名学生作为调查对象。使用统一的问卷调查表,进行流行病学调查,资料编码量化后录入数据库,用SPSS11.5进行卡方分析。结果:不同年级知晓程度不同(X2=64.072,P<0.005),大一、大二学生对乙肝的相关知识较为缺乏;作过乙肝检查的同学中乙肝Hbs Ag阳性率为17%。结论:本次研究结果表明,年级与知晓程度有关,随着年级的升高,知晓程度提高。在学生中尤其是针对低年级的学生加强乙肝相关知识的教育是非常有必要的。 Objective:To understand the Qinghai University public health student hepatitis B (HBV) know the extent of the infection status quo, to provide a basis for the development of hepatitis B prevention and control strategies. Methods:A strat-ified sampling of non-proportional allocation method, from the public health system each year 30 students were randomly se-lected for the survey. Use a uniform questionnaire, epidemiological investigation, the information entered into the database coded quantization, chi-square analysis with SPSS11.5. Results:The degree of awareness of different grades in different (X2=64.072, P<0.005), freshman, sophomore hepatitis B is more a lack of relevant knowledge;made classmate hepatitis B Hepatitis B HbsAg positive examination was 17%. Conclusion:The results of this study show that the degree of grade and awareness, with the higher grades, know the extent of increase. In students, especially in hepatitis B-related knowledge to strengthen education for low-grade students is very necessary.
