基于专业实习与就业调研的旅游管理本科专业教改研究

The Study of Undergraduate Education of Tourism Management Major Based on Internship

目前,我国旅游教育与旅游产业发展严重错位、旅游行业人才大量流失。我国旅游管理专业本科毕业生就业难的现象引起业界的关注。对已经完成专业实习的旅游管理专业本科生进行调查,分析其在实习与求职中面临的专业知识结构、实践能力、综合素质等方面存在的问题,有助于反思现存教学模式与课程体系的不足。研究通过对国内三所高校旅游管理专业本科生的专业实习进行调查,对有关实习、课程设置等问题进行分析,提出旅游管理本科教育改革的建议。

The dislocation of tourism education and tourism industry as well as the severe employment situation of the tourism management major students has aroused the concern of scholars in tourism field. This paper helps to reflect on the deficiencies of existing system of teaching models and curriculum by investigating the internships of tourism management undergraduates, and analyzing their professional knowledge, practical ability, and comprehensive quality in their internship and job hunting. This paper investigates internships of the tourism management students in three universities in China, analyzes internship and cur-riculum, and at last proposes framework for undergraduate education reform of tourism management major.
