高校民族传统体育专业教学改革

民族传统体育专业教学是我国高校体育教学的重要组成部分。本文立足于我国民族传统体育专业人才培养与社会需求相脱离、高校学生理论基础较差、专业办学特色、传统教学优势不能充分显示等现状和问题,结合笔者多年教学经验,提出了宽进严出,创新教育理念,改进和优化课程内容,扩展高校学生实习渠道,引进最先进的人才培养模式,全面提升教师队伍的素质和专业水平等一系列改革措施。希望能为我国高校民族传统体育专业教学改革提供理论支持。

National Traditional Sports Teaching is an important part of college physical education in China. This article is based on our national traditional sports professional training and social needs from the theoretical basis of poor college stu-dents, professional school characteristics, the advantages of traditional teaching can not fully display the status and problems, combined with the author many years of teaching experience, proposed strict exit innovative educational concepts, improve and optimize course content, expand college students' internships channels, introduce the most advanced training model, to enhance the quality and professionalism of teachers in a series of reform measures. Hope to provide theoretical support for the national traditional teaching reform of physical education.
