University library is rich in cultural resources, the humanistic atmosphere,is the main place for the students to learn the knowledge of,carrying the responsibility of spreading campus culture.Knowledge service system is the focus of the management of University Library at present stage, it mainly includes the knowledge resource exchange platform, service,technology and human resources and other aspects, strengthening the construction of library knowledge service system, help to better realize the value of the library.
