摘要
邓小平教育思想为中国教育改革和发展及全面实施素质教育提供了思想理论基础,是构成邓小平理论的重要内容之一。在新的历史条件下,我们把邓小平关于教育和人才培养的思想概括为:邓小平"二三四"教育思想,即"两个尊重"即"尊重知识、尊重人才";"三个面向"即"教育要面向现代化,面向世界,面向未来";"四有新人"即"有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的新人"。这一思想为实施全面素质教育指明了正确方向,提出了新的要求。
Deng Xiaoping's Education Thought provides the thought and theory basis for Chinese education reform and de-velopment and the full implementation of quality education, which is one of the important contents of Deng Xiaoping Theory construction. Under the new historical conditions, we summarized the Deng Xiaoping's thought on education and talent cul-tivation as Deng Xiaoping"234"education thought, which refers to"The two respects"namely"respect knowledge, respect talented person";"Three facing"namely"education must face modernization, face the world, facing the future";"Four--hav-ing new men"namely"one should have ideal, morality, culture and discipline". This thought point the right direction and put forward the new requirements for the implementation of comprehensive quality education.
