摘要
师幼互动是幼儿园集体教学活动中的重要环节,良好的活动能够促进幼儿的健康成长。在幼儿园集体活动的师幼互动中,教师应该关注每一个幼儿的表现,使幼儿在关爱中获得身心全面和谐发展。本文首先概述了目前幼儿园集体教学活动中师幼互动普遍存在的问题,具体分析了教师消极教学、互动有失公平及存在教学"冷暴力"等互动问题所存在的原因,最后针对这些问题提出了教师提高积极性、公平性和自身素养等相应的解决措施,并对全文加以总结。
Kindergarten teacher-child interaction is the collective teaching activities an important part of good activities to promote the healthy growth of children.
