摘要
在严峻的就业形势下,高校毕业生面临就业问题也越发严重。就业质量及就业稳岗率已经成为衡量高校的关键指标。尽管大学生就业率反映的是就业表象,但从特定层面讲,说明某些专业的供求关系和高校培养人才情况。高校毕业生有没有形成好的就业理念直接影响毕业生就业质量及就业稳岗率问题。由于高校毕业生对毕业后的工作要求过高,在没有一定工作经验基础和社会经验基础的情况下,造成高校毕业生在企业工作过程中频繁流动稳岗率偏低,不仅影响了企业正常运转也影响了高校的教育质量。本文详细分析高校毕业生就业情况,以就业质量不高的核心因素为主,浅析职业指导如何提升高校毕业生就业质量问题。
