摘要
员工的心理健康直接影响企业的未来发展,员工援助计划(EAP)是指通过提供专业指导,帮助员工解决各种心理问题,提高员工心理健康水平的一种方法。本研究以中国移动某市公司为例,探讨EAP在该公司实施的可行性,分析EAP在该公司实施的内容和方式,指出EAP能够有效缓解员工压力,提升员工心理健康水平,提高员工绩效,促进公司建设与发展。
Mental health of staff directly affect the future development of enterprises, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is through the provision of professional guidance to help employees solve a variety of psychological problems, a method to improve the mental health of employees. In this study, a city of China Mobile's case, to explore the feasibility of the imple-mentation of EAP in the company, analyze the content and manner of implementation of EAP in the company, noting that EAP can effectively relieve employee stress, improve employee mental health, improve employee performance, promote the construction and development of company.
