首先,本文对终身教育视角下的成人教育发展现状进行了审视,并从成人教育的功能及教育资源的分配两大方面进行了深入分析;接下来,又对成人教育的改革提出了一定看法,提出应积极促进终身教育体系的构建,主要措施包括树立终身教育理念,找准自身在终身教育体系中的地位、加快成人教育改革的步伐,推动终身教育体系构建的进程、建立健全终身教育法规,正确引导终身教育体系的发展以及重视来自社会的需求,提高成人教育在终身教育体系中的地位和作用这几大方面。
