摘要 在学前期幼儿的告状行为是很普遍的现象,是幼儿在形成社会初期意识的一种表现,也是幼儿在成人的正确引导下学会互相帮助,培养独立解决问题能力的一个过程。首先教师要知道幼儿告状行为的缘由,对其缘由做出相应的解决方案。发挥教师的主动性,正确对待幼儿的告状行为,帮助幼儿学会解决矛盾,改进教师在课堂中的教学方式,使教学方式多样化,避免幼儿矛盾的形成,减少告状行为的发生,培养幼儿良好行为,有助于幼儿身心健康的全面发展。 In preschool children complain behavior is very common phenomenon, young children in the early formation of a manifestation of social consciousness, but also children learn in the correct guidance of adults to help each other, develop a process independent problem-solving skills. First, teachers need to know the behavior of children complain of reasons,make the appropriate solutions to their cause. Teachers play initiative, the correct treatment complain behavior in young children, help children learn to resolve conflicts, the teacher in the classroom to improve teaching methods, teaching forms, to avoid the formation of early childhood conflicts, reduce the incidence complain behavior, foster children good behavior comprehensive development, contribute to physical and mental health of children.
