论职业能力导向的实训教学设计

学生职业能力的提升,对于其就业及长远的职业发展而言,具有重要的现实意义。而实训教学,作为职业教育实践教学的重要类型,又是提高学生职业能力的重要途径,且实训教学的根本目的是促进学生职业能力的发展,因此,在实训教学活动设计中应该始终坚持以学生职业能力发展为导向。文章基于此,主要探讨了职业能力导向的实训教学设计的特点与原则,从未为实训教师设计实训教学提供参考,设计出更有效的实训教学。

Enhance students' professional abilities, for their long-term employment and career development is concerned,has important practical significance. Teaching and training, as an important type of vocational education teaching practice,but also is an important way to improve students' professional ability and practical teaching fundamental purpose is to promote the development of students' professional ability, therefore, in the design of practical teaching activities should always adhere to the ability to develop career-oriented students. Based on this article, focuses on the professional competence-oriented training teaching design features and principles, never provide a reference for training teachers of practical teaching, design more effective practical teaching.
