Defuse Relations Crisis and Create Harmonious Dormitory——Take Changsha Health Vocational College as an example

宿舍是大学生休息、学习、生活和情感交流的主要场所之一,深厚的友谊由宿舍产生,但同时,矛盾也极易产生于宿舍之中。本文以一个女生为主的半封闭式学校为背景,以鲜明宿舍矛盾个案为突出点,通过调查分析,总结出宿舍矛盾发生的原因,探索解决矛盾的方法。

College students dormitory is one of the main places for students to rest, study, to live and emotional communication, deep friendship generated by the hostel, but at the same time, conflicts are easy to produce in the dormitories. In this paper, a semi-closed school girls dominated as the background to the case was the salient points sharp contradiction dormitory, through investigation and analysis, summed up the reason dormitory contradiction, and explore ways to resolve conflicts.
