积极心理学视角下的军队心理服务工作创新

Army Psychological Services Innovation in Positive Psychology Perspective

积极心理学是现代心理学发展的一个重要转向,已经在诸多领域取得了广泛应用;美军也基于积极心理学理念,在其心理教育、咨询和心理训练等领域展开了大量实践,取得了良好效果。本文论述了积极心理学应用于我军部队心理服务工作的必要性和可行性,并就应用的主要方法和途径进行了初步探讨,提出建立融合式新型心理服务工作体系的构想,以改进传统心理服务工作效益。

Positive psychology is an important shift of the development of modern psychology, has been made widely applied in many fields; the US is also based on the concept of positive psychology, in its psychological education, counseling and psychological training in other fields a lot of practice, and achieved good results. This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of positive psychology applies psychological service work of our military forces, and on ways and means of main applications were discussed, proposed the establishment of a new type of psychological concept of converged service work system in order to improve the traditional psychological service work efficiency.
