基层政府信任是公众与政府间的一种互动,涉及心理,评价,满意度等各个方面。本文基于对诸暨市人民以及基层政府工作人员的调查,从政府信任度、过程信任、政策信任和政治参与四大指标出发,根据31项小指标分析诸暨市基层政府信任度的现状,了解基层政府公共服务质量,工作人员素质,政府能力,政策执行水平与政府信任度之间的联系。
