摘要
军队院校必须结合自身特色,着力构建内部教学质量保障体系,从根本上保障教育教学质量和人才培养质量。本文论述了最新的军校构建教学质量保障体系理论依据,在军校内部教学质保体系中加入教学质量目标子系统和教学质量保障激励子系统,全面分析了军队院校内部教学质量保障体系的构成要素。
Military academies must focus on constructing teaching quality guarantee system, thus fundamentally guarantee their teaching quality and talent cultivation quality. This paper analyzes the theories of teaching quality guarantee system construction. By adding The quality of teaching target system and excitation system in to the inner teaching quality guarantee system, this paper also analyzes the elements of teaching quality guarantee system of military academies.
