摘要
学生德智体美劳的全面发展是各大高校的最终培养目标,但女大学生随着社会经历的丰富,心理上发生了变化,对体育锻炼行为的积极性明显降低。学生在校期间不仅要进行知识的储备和掌握,也要根据自身特点和爱好参与一定的体育活动,并且有计划、有目的的进行,而不是半途而废。其中体育课是高校学生参与体育锻炼最好的途径和场所。本文对女大学生对体育课堂抵触行为的原因进行了分析,并对解决此现象提出了几点行为策略,为提高体育教学质量提供理论基础。
The overall development of students is the ultimate training objective of major colleges and universities, but female students with rich social experience, psychological changes, the the enthusiasm of physical exercise behavior significantly reduced. Students at the school not only need to reserve and master knowledge, but also to participate in certain sports activities according to their characteristics and preferences, and there are plans to have carried out the purpose, rather than halfway. College students to participate in physical education is the best way to workout and places. In this paper, the reasons for female college students PE class conflict behavior were analyzed, and around this phenomenon made several behavioral strategies, to provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of physical education.
