摘要
高职演讲与口才学习能力与学生的学习心理密切相关。本文通过对演讲与口才教学中自我效能感的分析,提出了教学策略,目的在于培养学生学习演讲与口才的兴趣,提高自我效能感,提高沟通和表达能力,为毕业后就业和职业的发展助力。
The quality of speech and eloquence of learning ability and the learning psychology of students is closely related to.In this paper,through the analysis of the speech and eloquence teaching self-efficacy,and proposes the teaching strategies,aims to cultivate the students' interest in learning of speech and eloquence,improve self-efficacy,improve communication and expression ability, to boost the development of employment and occupation after graduation.
