团体辅导是一种新型的心理咨询方式,是新时期加强和改进高校思想政治教育的必然要求,也是高校建立学习型辅导员队伍的必然要求。本文阐述了团体辅导在高校的应用特点,介绍了如何使辅导员把团体心理辅导的理论和方法引入高职院校大学生思想政治教育工作中,对团体心理辅导与大学生思想政治教育的有效结合进行探索,以提高高职院校思想政治教育者的工作实效。

Group counseling is a new way of counseling, is a necessary requirement for strengthening and improving the new era of ideological and political education, but also to establish a learning college counselors inevitable requirement. This paper describes the characteristics of the application of group counseling in college, and explains how to make the counselor to group counseling theories and methods of introducing the ideological and political education of college students in vocational colleges, the effective combination of group counseling and ideological and political education of college students conducted explored to improve the ideological and political education work effectiveness in higher vocational college.
