摘要
新媒体的特征决定了其在信息传播过程中,给高校的危机公关带来了较大的影响与挑战。新媒体时代,为避免危机给高校带来重大影响,高校应反应迅速,提高防范危机的能力,从多角度有效应对危机,提高公关效果。
New media characteristics determine its information dissemination process, to university public relations crisis has brought a greater impact and challenges.
