On Enhaning Vocational College Young Teachers' Practice Teaching Ability

高职院校青年教师实践教学能力的高低,直接决定着学生的实践技能,对培养高技能人才、提高学院人才培养水平具有重要意义。本文从教师实践教学能力的现状出发,分析制约青年教师实践教学能力的原因,提出高职院校青年教师实践教学能力提升的途径。

Practical teaching ability of vocational college young teachers directly determines students' practical skill which has important significance for developing skilled talents and promoting talent cultivation level of college. This paper analysed present situation of practical teaching ability and reason of restriction for practical teaching ability, and put forward ways of promoting practical teaching ability of vocational college young teachers. The practice prove that through promotion ofprac-tical teaching ability of vocational college young teachers, may promote student's practical ability and the scientific research ability, which are very important for deepening the practice educational reform enormously.
