文章分析了探究建设健全食品科学开放实验室的重要性与艰巨性,阐述了食品科学开放实验室的特征及其在教学和科研中的作用,为食品科学开放实硷室的建设作出了总体的规划,需重点突出特征,不断加强管理,积极谋划建设,以适应新时代的需求。
The paper analyzed the significance and arduous of constructing open laboratory of food science, and stated the features of open laboratory of food science and the role it plays in teaching and research, all that have made an overall plan-ning for the construction of open laboratory of food science, enhancing the features and strengthening management.
