高校教风与学风同步建设的典型方法分析

Analysis on Typical Methods of Synchronous Construction for Teaching and Learning Ethos in Universities

教风和学风对于高等院校的教学质量具有重要影响。本文分析了国内高校当前在教风和学风方面的共性问题,讨论了影响学风的因素,从校园文化、集中整顿与长期培养、激励与约束机制等方面分析了树立良好教风与学风的方法和措施,特别探讨了教风与学风同步和联动建设的问题。

Both the teaching ethos and learning ethos have important influence on the teaching quality of high schools. Com-mon problems with the teaching and learning ethos in universities of our country nowadays are analyzed. Elements that usually influence the learning ethos are discussed. Methods and measures to build good learning and teaching ethos are in-vestigated for the aspects of campus culture, special rectify programs and long term training, as well as mechanism of exci-tation and constraining, especially about the synchronous construction of teaching and learning ethos.
