高职保险专业教学中的校企长效合作机制

摘要 随着高等职业教育不断发展和进步,高职院校与企业相互合作的教学模式越来越普遍地应用在教学过程中,在提高高职院校长远发展,培养高职学生实际工作能力,促进高职院校和企业共同进步方面取得了良好成效。以高职保险专业教学为例,高职保险专业教学中的校企长效合作机制对以往教学过程中存在的实践不精、业务不熟等问题进行了有效的优化与改善,但高职保险专业教学中校企长效合作在施行中依然存在不少问题,对合作机制的有效运行造成一些负面影响。本文对高职保险专业教学中校企长效合作机制的具体内容及意义进行分析,进而对校企长效合作机制的影响因素及提升措施进行讨论和探究。 With the continuous development of higher vocational education and advancement, vocational colleges teaching model of mutual cooperation and enterprise applications become increasingly common in the teaching process, to improve the long-term development of vocational colleges, vocational training students' practical ability to work, to promote aspects of vocational colleges and enterprises common progress and achieved good results. Insurance vocational teaching, for example, the practice of insurance teaching vocational schools and enterprises in the long-term cooperation mechanism existed in the past, the teaching process is not fine, business unfamiliar issues such as the effective optimization and improvement, but vocational Insurance Professional Colonel teaching enterprise long-term cooperation in the implementation of many problems still exist, causing some negative impact on the effective functioning of cooperation mechanisms. In this paper, the details and significance of vocational teaching Colonel insurance companies to analyze long-term cooperation mechanism, and thus for long-term school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms influ-encing factors and measures to enhance discussion and exploration.
