"Four-in-One" to Build University Students' Entrepreneurial Qualities Cultivating System

创业教育是近几年高校比较热门的一项工作内容,但从近几年的实施过程来看,不论是社会大环境,还是教育者,亦或是大学生,其中很多人对创业教育以及大学生创业素质的理解并不全面。文章通过对大学生创业素质内涵的阐释,对当今创业教育和大学生创业素质现状的分析,结合实际工作经验,提出了"四位一体"构建大学生创业素质培养体系的方式方法,对于搞好广义上的大学生创业教育具有一定的借鉴指导意义。

Entrepreneurship education is a popular work of colleges and universities in recent years, but from the perspective of the implementation process, whether it is a social environment, or educators, or college students, many of them have not understood entrepreneurial education and college students' entrepreneurial quality comprehensively. Based on college stu-dents' entrepreneurial quality connotation interpretation, the analysis of the current entrepreneurship education and the pre-sent college students' entrepreneurial quality, combined with practical work experience, puts forward the"four-in-one"me-thods of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial quality system, to provide a certain guiding significance for improving college students' entrepreneurship education.
