College Network Culture Construction is integral part in college moral education, creating a positive, har-monious and progressive university culture is of great significance. I hope that through analyzing the content and fea-tures of the current culture of the university network, research to explore the effects of college students, so resolve to fully play its positive role in the way and countermeasures, hoping to provide reference for university network culture construction work.
