摘要
师资队伍建设中的高校人才考核评价体系建设,是人事管理工作的重点内容,现有的考核评价体系,在指标设计、实施过程、结果运用与反馈中都存在问题。应当实行目标分类管理,科学运用考核结果,构筑发展性的考核评价体系。
Evaluation system of college teachers in the teaching staff, are the key elements of personnel management, the existing evaluation system, in index design, implementation process, there are problems with the results of the use of feed-back. Target classification management should be introduced, the scientific use of examination results, and build develop-mental assessment system.
