摘要
医学人才教育改革是基层卫生事业可持续发展的重要保障,也是当今世界范围内卫生事业发展的制约条件之一。本文对免费医学生培养政策及免费医学生专业思想等方面的研究进行了梳理,为进一步研究免费医学教育模式奠定基础,为免费医学生专业思想研究提供一定的借鉴意义。
Medical personnel education reform is an important guarantee of the sustainable development of grass-roots health cause, and it is also one of the constraints the development of public health in the world of today. The paper studies on the training policy and free medical students' professional views on free medical students has combed, which lays a foundation for further study of free medical education model, provide a reference for the free medical postgraduate professional thought.
