摘要
幼儿教师是基础教育的奠基者,幼儿教师的专业化水平直接影响基础教育的水平。幼儿教师专业化发展不仅关系到幼儿教师个人、幼儿、幼儿园乃至关系到整个幼儿教育事业发展的一件大事。但是现阶段我国幼儿教师的专业化发展面临一系列的困境,其影响因素大致可以分为社会的原因、幼儿园的原因和幼儿教师自身的原因。在促进幼儿教师专业化发展的过程中,需要政府、幼儿园和幼儿教师的协同努力。
