摘要
通过设计大学生学习动机和学习需求调研问卷,并以北京联合大学972份问卷调查的实测数据为基础,探测出导师制工作下大学生学习动机和学习需求的构成情况。研究结果表明:学生学习动机由实现顺利就业、注重他人评价、争取评优奖励和学习专业知识四个维度构成;学习需求动机由职涯规划、技能提升、提高自信心三个维度构成;并以研究成果为依据,结合高校导师制工作开展情况,提出了改进本科生导师制的相关的建议,为本科生导师制的完善提供参考。
The paper detects the composition of university students' learning motivation and learning needs through the questionnaires about university students' learning motivation and learning demand, which is based on 972 students in Beijing union university. The results show that the students learning motivation consists of four dimensions:Successful employment, paying attention to the evaluation of others, learning professional knowledge and winning rewards for outstanding persons. The learning needs motivation consists of three dimensions:career planning, skills upgrading and improving confidence. Fin-ally, the paper proposed the Suggestions for improving the undergraduates' tutorial system, combining with the actual of tu-torial system in colleges and universities. The research provides reference for the improvement of the tutorial system through its research findings.
