摘要
目的:了解高校护生对乙肝职业防护知识的掌握情况,指导护生正确认识乙肝,为高校开展预防保健及职业防护教育提供依据。方法:对我校2010、2011级541名专科护生(未受培训)及2011级190名专科护生培训后进行问卷调查。结果:541名未培训专科护生六步洗手法的掌握率为38.08%,已培训190名专科护生比例为99.47%,培训前后比较有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:护生对乙肝的防治态度及行为上存在误区,职业防护知识明显缺乏,开展乙肝预防保健知识的宣传教育,规范操作流程,加强职业防护教育是减少乙肝歧视,提高护生职业防护能力的有效手段。
Objective: To investigate the nursing students of University of mastery hepatitis occupational protection knowledge to guide nursing students a correct understanding of hepatitis B, to provide evidence for preventive health and occupational protection education in colleges. Methods: 2010, 2011, my school class 541 college nursing students(untrained) and after 2011 190 college nursing students training questionnaire. The results are not trained to master the 541 college nursing students six-step hand-washing method was 38.08%, has trained 190 college nursing students ratio of 99.47%, was statistically significant(p < 0.05) before and after the training. Conclusion: The existence of errors of nursing students on the attitude and behavior of hepatitis B prevention and treatment, the apparent lack of knowledge of occupational protection, to carry the hepatitis B prevention and health care knowledge and education, standard operating procedures, to strengthen vocational education is to reduce discrimination against hepatitis B protection, occupational protection, improve students' ability to effectively means.
