高职院校就业指导工作实效性探讨——以广东工贸职业技术学院为例

Effectiveness of Vocational College Employment Guidance——Take Guangdong Polytechnic of Industry and Commerce as an example

就业指导对于高职院校学生的就业定位和职涯规划至关重要,现在高职类院校非常重视学生的就业指导,并将就业指导工作贯穿于整个高职期间教育。但由于各种原因造成目前许多高职院校的就业指导工作缺乏实效性。笔者以广东工贸职业技术学院为例,针对目前就业指导工作存在的不足,从改革和完善高职院校就业指导工作机制;畅通就业信息渠道和创新学校就业指导课程设置三个方面开展高职院校就业指导工作的实效性提出探讨。

Guangdong Polytechnic of Industry and Commerce, for example, for the shortcomings of current em-ployment guidance exists, from the reform and improvement of the working mechanism of Higher Vocational Colleges Ca-reer Guidance;unimpeded channels of employment information and innovative school career guidance curriculum setting three aspects to carry out vocational college career guidance work.
