摘要
随着知识经济的到来,国家对人才的渴望度越来越高,对人才的培养力度也越来越大,而研究生作为我国人才的代表,对社会的发展和国家的创新起着不可替代的作用,为了保证研究生群体能够更好的适应社会实际和发展需求,在管理方式也应该跟随时代发展的步伐,融入更多的时代理念,从而提高他们的创新能力。本文简单分析这些管理方式对研究生创新能力的影响以及研究生管理存在的问题,并且针对这些问题提出提高研究生创新能力的措施,以供参考。
