农业现代化建设需要农业院校培养出高素质的农业科技创新人才。根据现代农业对人才的需求,农业院校要面向农业市场,面向农村经济建设和社会进步,不断深化教育教学改革,为农业现代化发展培养创新人才。本文阐述了农业现代化的特点、现代农业专项人才的特点,简要分析了农业专项人才职业教育的现状,进而提出了相应的农业专项人才职业教育的变革举措。

Agricultural modernization needs agricultural colleges and universities to train high-quality agricultural technological innovation. According to modern agricultural demand for talent, agricultural colleges to market-oriented agriculture,for rural economic development and social progress, and constantly deepen educational reform, agricultural modernization cultivate innovative talents. This paper describes the characteristics of agricultural modernization, the characteristics of modern agricultural special talent, a brief analysis of the status of agricultural special talents of vocational education, and then put forward the corresponding change initiatives.
