高校公共管理硕士人才培养模式的创新——以JD高校为例

Research on the Innovation of Public Administration Postgraduate's Cultivation Pattern in University—— Taking JD as example

目前高校公共管理硕士人才培养普遍存在着培养模式单一、理论与实际运用相脱离、特色不明显、趋同化严重等突出问题,研究针对这些问题,提出应从明确培养目标、完善专业定位、优化课程体系等六个方面开展高校公共管理硕士人才培养模式的创新,并以JD高校为例展开具体分析,研究结论有利于指导高校有效改善人才培养模式,提供符合社会需要的创新型公共管理硕士人才。

At present the talent cultivation pattern of university about public administration postgraduate have common problems such as single, far away from practice, lacking characteristics, similarity etc. In this paper we aimed at solving the above problems, bringing forward active advice including six aspects, such as defining cultivation target, promoting subject orientation etc, to innovate the cultivation pattern of public administration postgraduate. Further this paper takes JD university as example to make concrete analysis of the usage of the innovative patterns. The conclusions of this paper would provide meaningful advice to other relative universities to promote the cultivation patterns of public administration postgraduate.
