生物教师在实验教学工作中易忽视的问题

摘要 生物科学及实验教学经过了十几年从繁荣到萧条的过度时期,目前正处于较弱阶段,我校每年都有一些新毕业的大学生教师走向工作岗位。刚走上讲台年轻教师,必然遇到许多的困难,实验经验不足,缺乏对学生的掌握和了解,本身教学经验不足,教材内容的生疏,对于教材的应用领会不是很具体,因而在讲解前面知识的时候不注意为后边的内容打下基础,讲解后边的知识不注意前边的内容。语言缺乏逻辑性,连续性,把本来有系统的实验教学知识连续不上的讲解等等一系列的问题。所以解决这些问题,就成了年轻教师的燃眉之急,也是提高其高校教学水平的关键。那么就以我短时间的教学体会浅谈一看法。 Biological sciences and experimental teaching after ten years transition period from boom to bust, is currently in a weak phase, our school every year, some of the new teacher graduates go to work. Young teachers had left the podium, inevitably encounter many difficulties, insufficient experimental experience, lack of knowledge and understanding of current students, their teaching inexperienced, unfamiliar with the content of textbooks, teaching materials for the application of understanding is not very specific, thus explaining knowledge of time in front of the stage for the content behind pay attention,and explain the content of knowledge behind not pay attention to front. Language lack of logic, continuity, the system would have been no experimental teaching knowledge on continuous explain so a series of problems. So, to solve these problems,it has become the urgent needs of the young teacher, and also the key to improve their teaching level. Then the author talks about his view for my short experience of teaching.
